Thanks for you reply.

What about gas/milage? Is it drastically reduced? Will my stock engine be able to withstand that increase in power?

The increase is power is not that dramatic. With poor tuning, I am putting down 169 Hp to the wheels. The stock clutch will not last long with this, so you will need an aftermarket clutch. The stock drive axles don't like much more than 225 WHP with drag radials...but as long as you stick with street tires, you should not have a problem there.

The Stock engine internals are good for about 250 HP...after that, you will need new pistions and might as well do the con rods at the same time.

Hey Random,
your only getting 169 WHP with your turbo?

i thought you would get more then that from the turbo.

Hell get plenty more when it's tuned correctly. Stick around and you will see better dyno #s from him.

Well, Random's battery got tosted one day before the dyno, this wiped out some of his tunning. When I was watching his dyno he was making go progress then the hp droped down and when it came back it seemed to be past the peak hp point. When random gets it tunned again I'm sure that it will do better this time.

I think it's the "Poor tuning" part.

I'm sure he's CONSTANTLY trying to "tune" it correctly!
