Hi....

Trying to buy the final parts for the turbo... I asked for a Tuning shop to buy me an MSD DIS2 but they said that It wont work for timing... just for spark... I think that it's something wrong in this, because everybody talk about the combination of the SAFC2 and the MSD DIS2...

Know... my question is that the MSD DIS2 works or not for retarding the timming....???? I want to boost like 1 to 1.3 Bar...

I'm looking for the MSD DIS2 part number: 6211 -- 62112 -- 62113

Get the 6212. That is the Programmable DIS-2. It will allow you some control over your ignition timing. I believe up to 7 degrees on our cars. Over that, the engine throws a Check Engine Light. Search at Hyundaiaftermarket.com, they have a much more in-depth discussion on ignition timing.

I just check on Summit Racing about the 6212.. you are right... it's a good option... but the 62112 could do the same with the rotary dial without the PC???

Yes, you are somewhat correct. The programmable gives you a much better level of control over your ignition timing. The rotary dial only allows you limited control. I think for your pressure goals, the programmable would be more useful.
