If you plan on spending all the money you got then get one of those nice GT series turbo. They are pricey, but support big numbers and have a lot less lag because of the ball bearings.

Pistons: just get tigerlilly from K-spec.com. Forged of course and something with 8.5:1 compression. They will come with new rings.

Rods: I think hawk or something makes good ones. Do a search for Gary's thread, he has some nice rods.

You would need a second set of injectors for 550whp. Contact Tim or Deniss with the questions. They will help.

You will need an LSD as well.

Unless you plan on doing all the work by yourself and spending a good bit of time searching for cheap parts, I doubt you will be able to spend under 10K.

the only tiburon to ever get a set of ARP studs was Reds... his kit was made out of spare units arp had left over.

for rods.. you can go with crower (one of the most established names out there) or eagle

for pistons... go ross.. they are completely forged, so that will make a difference at insane power levels.

Rings... go with the set that comes with the ross pistons.

Intercooler.. check ebay... they have the cheapest prices.

Turbo.. get a twin scrolled turbo.. youll get more power with less boost and the turbo is smaller allowing more room in the engine bay

Manifold.. have a custom manifold made by a local shop. Going locally can be a big plus in a project since you can check the progress and ensure they are not slacking off... plus its easier to sue them if they keep fvcking with you.

Piping.. local exhaust place.

Ecu... that safc is not going to cut it.. look into an e6x

LSD.. get a quaife.

Engine mounts.. make some poly ones..

Fans.. get flex-a-lites and nothing else.

Dont get a gasket set.. you might end up paying more for shit you dont need.
youll need a head gasket, thermostat gasket, crankcase gasket, oil pump gasket, water pump gasket, thermostat housing gasket, and thats about it..
intake and exhaust gasket are optional

New set of head bolts m10s and m12s

some 660 injectors,... with a new fuel pump

you might wanna get a direct port system for an extra 150whp

If you have a laptop,.. you can ditch gauges in the meantime.. just run around with your laptop and check the readings from there until you get settled.

thats all i can think of for now.. im hungry,.. so ill go an eat and check this post later.

Jaws021 about sums it up. If this is what you want to do then for sure you'll need all he mentioned.

Your biggest thing is to find the kit or parts of the kit.

A Blow Off Valve that can handle the HP you'll be hitting.

A wategate is needed too.

To run high boost I would suggest picking up a Map sensor. One might come with the e6x, but I'm not sure.

I agree with OP, get a GT ball bearing Turbo. Very nice street and track performance. Low spool, high boost.

While your at it slap on a BBTB and an Airram IM.

Guys, don't forget he's in Korea, so importing alot of that stuff would be more expensive than going with KDM stuff.

Get the MnTec LSD.
