I would see what he has and check it out (in person). Don't agree to anything until you see for yourself what he has to offer. Go with the idea that he is full of BS, but investigate anyway.

 

I would check it out. I know a guy that could have given me everything but pipes and a manifold for just a couple hundred bux. It is possible that he is selling it on the "black market". I knew that the stuff i would have bought was stolen, so thats y i didnt buy it. But if you dont care then its very possible you could get a good deal.
