If the turbo's need to be rebuild (and I think it does) I am just going to get a GT35, I was going to up grade anyway.

Edit. What would cause the turbo to fail like this. Was 15 PSI to much for it?. I didnt beat on it at all I never drove it becase I was working on the Fuiel issues I was having (I fixed that). I wonder if the car is cursed?

I recommend you G-Pop Shop for turbo rebuilding and repairing.
They have a great customer service and fast turn around time.
I got my turbo rebuilt just for $100 USD.

I got some pics here.

This one shows the goldish seal and I has alot of play in it back and forth and it will move up a bit. Is that normal or would it account for the oil leaking out.

Heres the other side.

Is this turbo gone or is it fix able??

That goldish thing is not a seal, its a sheild.

It's suppose to move around once you take the hot side off. The seal is internally, you have to take apart the turbo.

To me that turbo looks like you can rebuild it no problem. I would go that route. If your uncertain and do not want to take the chance of doing this yourself, find a turbo shop and have them rebuild it for you. It's no big deal.

I am tring to get it apart and I cant seem to get it apart. I was looking for rebuild kits and a compnay told me that you cant rebuild BB turbos. Is that true??

Ok I have been read online that what it is telling me is that you can not rebuild them. or they cost about as much as new. So it looks like new turbo for me.
