Turbo Questions
Ok, Ive searched alot and found that in addition to my turbo I will need some bigger injectors, a fuel pump, a rising rate fuel pressure regulator, and a remapped ecu of some sort. I only plan to run 7psi and want to stay as inexpensive as possible. I just need some Verifications on this:
Universal Bosch injectors will work?If so what size?
A Fuel pump from a 95-99 Eclipse will work? Where can I get one cheap? Anyone selling one?
Will this RRFPR work?
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Rising-Rate...sspagenameZWD1V
If I get a RRFPR will I need a FMU?
Can I get away with just an FMU and not a RRFPR?
Has anyone worked with a MegaSquirt ECU? With this I should be able to control injector pulse width, and be able to tune just about anything without a dyno.
Again Im trying to go with the minimums. I plan on 7psi and about 220HP. If there is something on here I dont need please let me know. Im on a college budget!
Suggestions are welcome!!!

firstly, t4turbo tib has the megasquirt piggybacked with emanage ultimate, which equals SEX setup, but hes going for high high numbers.. for 7psi and 220whp, you really dont NEED a standalone. you would be fine with an smt6 or an emanage, even an emanage ultimate alone will get you 2X higher than your aiming for..
for 220whp, i would go with a pretty basic kit.. nice FMIC, FPR (not FMU) theyre better, t3 super 60trim (good to ~260 whp, might want secondary fuel rail if your not going standalone, easier that way. or you can get the 16 bit seimens ECU from korea and have it pretty much tuned for you. get a nice free flowing exhaust, and the other turbo basics.
i have 340cc accel injectors in my boost fuel rail, i dono about bosch..
get a walbro 255lph pump..

Ive heard many, MANY good things about megasqirt. Unfortunately I havent heard of anyone using it on a tib yet. If (most likely when) I decide to up my boost I will highly consider going the ms route.
nevermind bout not any tibs using it, I just read 01importsharks post... haha
