Something to lower your compression, but if you don't know that you may want to do a bit of research before boosting your car. Also if you are looking to run 20 lbs of boost you will probably wind up paying more than your car is worth in parts. Thats just the nature of boosting a hyundai.

1. Search before you post.
2. Do NOT use that LEET or INTERNET talk in here, I'll just close your threads if I see that "ne 1 no wer i kan get 2rbo?" Take the time and type out the extra few letters, or almost no one will read your posts.
3. Don't quote the post above yours. Use the ADD REPLY button at the bottom of the page.
What's on that list may be more than you want to spend, but you can either cheap out a turbo and keep fixing it for years, or you can do it right the first time.

1 step at a time.
Focus on building your turbo kit first. Once you have it built and feel that it's reliable, then you can begin working on the motor.
I'm running a completely stock motor right now and putting down at least 270whp. You may find that you're happy with that. But like I said, it takes quite a bit of work to get even that far.

okay.. i came to this board because i am not as experienced as some of you veterans. i came with intentions to acquire information from people who share the same passion but if you guys are just gonna flame me for not being as knowledgeable as yourselves or the way i type, than i guess i will have to find a new board.
You just don't get it.
You need to understand how a turbo works before you go and build one. You can't be spoonfed, you need to have that knowledge first or else you're going to blow your engine. You -need- to read more about it and be able to answer these questions on your own before you even consider buying that first part.
