Propane would be safe to use for turbo charger. The only problem is whether or not it would provide the same cooling effect as raw fuel. I belive it would as when you uncompress gas it cools off a bunch im not sure of the ratio. Propane dose have the same power to volume ratio of gasoline so you wont lose any power out put from the car. It will require a lot of computer systems to run or a specialy designated ecu for propane. At 15$ a gal it would pay for it self rather quickly though. Probley provide a larger cooling capacity and run rather well too. Less emissions no black smoke and a rather offensive odor in my opinion. but other wise work great.

I'm curious how reliable will it be and what will be with engine life.

well i worked in a lube shop for awhile so at least from what i've seen and talked to customers about... with propane, youll get crazy milage and engine life with it, i've seen trucks with over a mil on there engines, everything looks like its gona fall apart but the engines still going, everyone who i've ever talked to about propane engines who drives them said there propane vehicles always last for a very very long time

so if done properly, dont think you should have many problem,

as for turbo'ing... never seen it but goodluck smile.gif lol
