Whre is the cheapest place to get a turbo manifold made for a 97 Elantra. I have spent 160 bucks so far and 2 months later i still have nothing. i might just pull out and get something or someone else to make it.

Champion (brand) manifolds from Korea run about $500.

You could try to see if Alpine Developments would be interested in selling you just one of their manifolds.

Dragon Fabrications (McIntyre Hyundai) also might sell you just the manifold.
