Default Turbo help

Anybody in the Houston area have any turbo experience? I need some help or turbos coming off. Ok so I put a turbo on with megasquirt standalone, 440cc injectors, walboro 255 fuel pump, aeromotive fpr and I can't get it to idle. Just spent 600 at the tuning shop and still won't idle. When it's at the shop they screw with it and it'll start idling but after you drive it, it goes right back to not idling. So I was wondering if anybody has any ideas or could come give me a hand. I'm at the point of just ripping everything out and selling the car. Sorry for the ranting just fed up.

What kind of info you want? Sometimes the idle will bounce increasingly to 4k and sometimes it just sputters and dies. I have a wideband and fuel trim will be fine when the idle is bouncing and when it sputters and dies fuel trim will start rich and lean out till it dies.

I gotcha man Im running MS for 2 yrs now I took my fastest map and adjusted the fuel to your 440 so it should idle your car and possibly run like a raped ape. send me your email and ill send you the msq. file
unless there is a way to attach it here ? Which I dont think there is.

Go to the dyno shop and ask your tuner for your $600 back or you'll brake his arms. You pay for a service, and you receiving nothing in the end and your okay with that? Sounds like your a push over, stick up for yourself especially when you pay 600$ for tuning.

Does your MS have control of the Idle Air Control Valve? If not then that is your problem.

I think this is similar to what happen when the shop installed my Turbo about a month ago. Mine idles but as soon as the engine warms up the car won't Idle rpm gauge go up and down sometimes it stalls, problem was maf was installed before the turbo so maf measures air and suddenly disappear before reaching engine because of bov, move the maf closest to the intake manifold and idles great now :-)

Bov first then maf that way maf measures exact air going to the intake

with the ms setup it reads off an onboard map sensor so the maf is completely useless now in the engine. What you stated is true but ot for his setup.

I would give Koreancorvettes map a try, just watch your ARF incase... Also if that doesnt fix it, seems like you might have a vacuum leak, my talon did that and it was all due to a dry routed line on the firewall. what does your boost gauge show for vacuum?
