When it stalls at first throttle, then it's because the bov is leaking air. Thats a common problem with bov's. Once again, it isnt a problem with MAP cars though since it happens before the meter.
Your bov is getting boost and vacuum at the same time, therefore the valve is partially opened. So the car is taking in metered air, but not using it all.

That is why I removed the bov.
It is an apexi dual chamber.
Do you think I just need to find the right level to adjust it too?
Seems like it leeks at low boost / low rpms also

Sorry to bring this up, but do you have your idle air line connected to the intake past the MAF sensor? So that when your at idle your pulling air through the MAF sensor. if you dont then the maf sensor doesnt read any air. This will cause your car to fluxuate at idle and want to die when you come off the throttle hard or just tap it..
