Turbo Cams And Stock Springs?

we're expanding the shop at this moment so,presently, it's quite a mess and very hard to find a little 10"x2"x3" box in all the parts and boxes we had to "move out" to make place so the guys could build

Damn, that comes out to about $600 U.S. For the dual valve springs, titanium retainers, and spring locators. All of which are needed due to the extra smaller internal spring. That sucks.
Just for your info, I have dual 268 degree cams @ 9.2mm of lift and I do not float even at redline. But if you have 10mm of lift like the more common cams then MAYBE you would have to worrry about springs. I would say that you should be fine with the stock springs as long as they are in good shape, but if you want to go past 7k rpm then I would spend the dough and get the springs. If you EVER want to rev higher than that you should do the springs now while you can.
I was thinking of getting these so I could rev higher, but that is a lot of friggin money for springs!
