Has anyone tried parting a system using these start-up kits?

Seems like I can get the same pre-built kits that most sites sell for about $800 cheaper.

 

they dont have anything we could use except the turbo.

 

Well, after reading numerous DIY turbo's all over the net and back; I think I'm gonna give a shot at bilding my own rather than buying a shoddy kit. Louisville has enough import junkers to go diving into for parts. I am gonna purchase the KRD turbo manifold and start from there.

Will this suffice for a piggy unit or should I send in the chip for re-prog?

 

I have serious doubt about that DIY Turbo Kit.....
