The wastegate actuator should be dirt cheap. I'm suprised that turbocity didn't have one to sell you.

It's funny. I found that actuator through GM for $20. Same operational principle as all others. However, DSM equivalents are $90, and some OEM's run up to $200!!! Outrageous.

I'm ordering the one from GM, just to be complete, but I just bought Onpol's manifold and wastegate, so I won't be needing it. If I ever want to sell the turbo, that will come in handy, and I may use it as a backup boost control (set it for 12 psi, the external wastegate for 6 psi, and the BOV for 10, or something like that).
