The EVO 3 manifold is the same bolt pattern as all the US 4g63T so you can use any of them, the EVO 3 is just a little bit bigger ports on the exhaust and the manifold isnt prone to cracking around the bolt holes as the 1g manifolds are. You could use a 2g with no problems.
Thats for the info smile.gif smile.gif
BTW what Turbo is used with the 4G63T motor!
Since your saying that any manifold would work i wanted to know if the Mitsu Turbos have changed between the 1g to the 3rd Gen?
What turbos did they use?

If they used the TD04 15T MitsuTurbo as Alpine uses then i will consider getting me the manifold from a scrap yard smile.gif smile.gif

Well there are several Turbos thar were used from the 1 thur 2gen cars (3gens are all non turbos. The 1gen T.E.L stock turbo is a TDO5 14b, the 2gen T.E is a T25, you can also get the EVO Turbo which is a TDO5 16g.

There is a multitude of Turbos avail for that manifold, so it really depends on what you want to spend. I personal wouldn't go with the TDO4 15T, it is too small.

(T=Talon, E=Eclipse, L=Laser)

Hyundai4g63T!
Thanks again for your help.
The thing is i already have the Alpine Turbo kit installed which has the Tiny TD04 15T Mitsu Turbo with the KIT.
It would of been nice if i could of bolt up my TD04 15T Turbo to any of the manifolds that came with the 1st-3rd gen (Talons,Eclipse,Laser)
This would of been perfect for my project i wanted to complete!!!!!

It is the same bolt pattern as the other Mitsu Turbos so it should bolt right up to those Mitsu Manifolds with no problems.

Nope.

They dont physically fit.

And they are low ohm injectors.

The tib uses high ohm

IMO you would be better getting an O2 sensor housing with a WG flange. That way you won't have to mess with welding one on the manifold. Scroll down halfway on this page and see it. Better response too.
