Default Supercharger drive requirements

Does anyone know, or know where I can find out what the drive requirements of the various types of superchargers are?

I'm waffling about what to do with my Leganza engine, which makes *decent* power already but I'd like to see 0-60 of 7 or so just to keep up with the Joneses, so to speak.

I was thinking of adding a small centrifugal supercharger and having it max at about 4-5 pounds of boost. The only heavy concern there is, there's not a huge amount of room for the belt drive, and that's why I'm asking, to determine the smallest belt width I can get away with.

I'd *love* to turbocharge, but I'd rather deal with adding a belt and running a hose to my TB than re-routing *all* the plumbing and having to watch for runaway, charge temps, etc.

Anyone ever use or work on one of the small eaton screw-type units, like off a super coupe?

Corkey Bell's book "Supercharged!" has the belt requirements for various different superchargers.
