Default Substitutions for Unichip w/ Alpine Turbo

Well,

The shop I took my car to no longer supports Unichip installs and I can't find a place in the entire state of Colorado that will install/tune it for me.
My question is what are my least expensive options for engine/fuel management? The Alpine turbo utilizes a fith injector setup so I would need something that would work with that and not to mention my 'returnless' fuel system on the 2003 Tiburon.

Thanks for the input guys.

You might want to talk to Chris with CNK. As far as I know, he's in developement of a stand alone system right now. I am not sure about how far he's come but it would be better than your uni-chip because it controls/will control boost dependent fuel levels and so on. As far as I have heard from him it will run close to $250. But like I said, I don't know how far he has come to completing it.

Does anyone have any experience with the Haltech F5 FMU? Would it work on our Distributerless ignition system?

Well don't know about least expensive. But run bigger injectors, SAFC/msd combo. Dump the 5th injector. Don't forget to upgrade your fuel pump.

Keep the Unichip, get larger injectors, and a MSD. The unichip works just like the safc, only it has more tuning points and has the ability to control a 5th injector.

Random,

The only Vishnu I can find is in Pleasanton California. Do you have other contact info than what is listed on their website?

Frustrated and boostless.

You are correct, they moved. My apologies.

Contact Tony @ the racers Group http://www.theracersgroup.com/theprogram_unichip.html

They can try to find you an authorized Unichip tuning facility closest to you.
