Default Stock Head for turbo

Anyone know if the head will be fine with high psi turbo..

Or if i should get some head work done since the pistons and rods will be getting replaced?

Well, whats your definition of "high boost"? From what i've learned here...

the head/block/crank should be good for about 600 whp.
drive shafts fail around 225 whp.
differential fails somewhere around 230-300 whp.(i think but i know i'm close)
you're replacing the con rods & pistons so i'm not going there... but when you say head WORK do you mean REINFORCEMENT? I'm sure some head porting and a valve angle job will help for better flow but i believe from all the engine guru's here the stock head is good for the ave. booster. tongue.gif
