Smt6-having problems

Ok I installed it on my computer and it gets a error saying runtime error 75 path/file error.
Please any ideas why this is.

try uninstalling, delete program directory, and reinstall.

what os are you using?

edit: OS is operating system, 2000, xp, vista, etc.

you need to login here to download the newest software if your using an old version

you'll also need to register if you haven't already.

I tried on a windows xp and vista and still getting same error?
also downloaded latest version on there site still doing it?

when you are redoing the software install again, you have to make sure that you FULLY uninstall the previous one

yes i went under control panel remove software and did it like that.
But still samething keeps happening

do you use any extra language other than English?
your XP language setup should be English only.
