You win the award for most vague thread of September.

How about a FPR?
NA?
Boost? CFM rating of turbo?
Primary/Secondary?
Stock bottom end?
EMS?

.....just by your first post, I recommend 4 1000CC per bank and then go break the hyundai track record happy.gif

Sorry I'm very new to this Turbo stuff that's why i'm here. I will be using aftermarket FPR my mechanic said that the stock FPR will handle the 255 water pump just fine but I just found out thats not true. I will be boosting around 10 psi but might increase it later on after internal upgrades but for now I am running stock internal also getting AEM F/IC for fuel tuning.

Read this book:
http://www.amazon.com/Maximum-Boost-Turboc...e/dp/0837601606

I'm serious, it will answer every question you have asked so far and make you more knowledgeable on the topic.

I didn't know we could upgrade our water pumps to flow 255l/hr. Damn, where do I buy one?

All jokes aside, I assume you will be running a single rail set up. Not sure what 10psi means without giving us the turbo you'll be running it on.

I'm selling a set of injectors here: https://www.hyundaiaftermarket.org/forum/in...showtopic=57332 . Those will work to about 450-500whp.

255lph is WAY too much fuel pump for only 10psi. I'm betting you could get by with the stock fuel pump or just a OEM EVO or 2nd Gen Eclipse pump. Sounds like your 'mechanic' is taking you for a ride...lol

I kinda doubt the stock pump will handle 10psi, 255 is overkill i agree, a 195 talon/dsm pump would work fine.

I 2nd turborons post, read the book i posted first, then go see socks. There's a lot of just turbo info that you need to learn, then there's extra tips/tricks regarding installation on a beta on this very forum.

Edit* I got my fpr kit from socks, had to source my own fuel pump. That was in the beginning stages of his company, he may offer it now with the kit.

^^ He just started doing it, you have to ask, he will supply with the kit, a Walbro 255lph pump and the entire kit is bolt on, besides cuting one line to length!

You also can not run the 255lph pump on a stock FPR it will not be able to hold the pressure and you will be running your stock injectors at like 65psi and they will kill them self... Then the motor will die....

I also second the Maximum Boost, it is old a little hard to understand if your new to automotive terms but it is well worth the few bucks!!!

Just Ordered Maximum Boost last night I should receive it on the 5th.

I was about to buy the Accel 48lbs/h 500cc injectors from Turboscoks.com but I dont see any phone number and even the contact us form did not work so I didnt trust the site. I ended up buying Accel 44lbs/h 460cc from ebay for $260 shipped.

I'm waiting for these parts now I will just let my car sit in the parking lot til I get these parts, I'm still trying to figure out which fuel tuning to buy and still dont know if my mechanic can install them he supposed to be specialized in performance upgrade but what he say's is too far from what all the peoply say from this forum.
