well, after the tranny problem and all that, i started thinking, i need to get serious with what i'm doing.


i'm going to order all the supporting stuff first though. and i'd like to use that top mount turbo manifold i've seen... that looks killer, wouldn't even mind spending 800 on it.


so far i don't have anything for it, but i'm getting a head sometime soon hopefully, and i'll slap some 1.8 cams in it.

i have a guy that has a BRAND NEW 2.0 block, still in the plastic he'll sell me for 700. i know that's a lot for just a block, but i want to go 100% new with the engine. going to buy some brand new low comp pistons for it too, so it'll be set up nicely i think.

for now though i'm going to be doing maintenance to it under the hood, anything that looks remotely bad is getting replaced.




i'm shooting for having it completed in about august, maybe september.
