Hey. I am wondering how the turbo RD1 owners in here mounted their FMIC. Where is the best spot to bolt it on. I want to to bolt it and not have to weld it on if possible. If anyone could post pics on how they bolted their FMIC on I would appreciate it.

Go to the plastic bumper. On my rd2 I put a bracket on the top of the IC and went to that

so you put a bracket on the top og the IC and bolted it to the black bumper support? How did you bolt it to that?

wow.. you wanna turbo, and you cant figure that out for yourself...

step one.. drill holes in black support bar

step two.. mount ic get one that comes with brackets already on the IC.

there are a lot of ways to skin this cat... it just depends on what kind/size/dimension of the fmic you will be using.. let us know and even show it to us!

Basically ya thats it. What you will want to do though is get the turbo in place along with the IC piping I got to you and then see where the IC needs to be for it all to work together. I can always give you a hand and get it all set up.
