Re: Transmission dead?
So Tim if you keep your auto fluids good they will stay good. The autos should be good up to at least 250 whp right, how much do you think you have now? How much will 8 psi get?

I am just gonna point it.
Its alsoa 1.8L
Different kind of stress in the motor.
85 stroke instead of 93.5 stroke.
also a better piston/rod ratio.
What does this mean?
It means the pistons have less side loading. This puts less stress on all the internals. also a smaller strok means a little less torque being generated, but thats not really somethign to fuss over.
But the piston stress is.
I fully hope a 2.0L can do this.. I am sure a 2.0L can do this.
Question is....
How long....
and concerning the automatic..I can handle 200+ whp easy.
The problem come with how you drive it. 200+ whp on a high way, going from 40mph to 90mph is easy on the transmission.
Driving around town, changing from 3rd to 2nd and then to 4th and then to 2nd and then to 3rd and back to 2nd. Its the around town driving that will kill the automatic.
Highway miles are easy on every part of a car.

is it a super 60 or something else?
what kind of fpr?
and if he has an safc why is he using a fmu as well?

log style manifold, internal, t3 super 60, no FRP, GSX fuel pump
he's running FMU and SAFC to make it easier for him to tune it smile.gif
Tim, we want more videos!!!

The FMU helps get more fuel to the system... the SAFC controls how much fuel is getting into the engine. With just the FMU your going to run rich, but safe. You use the SAFC to lean down the mixture for more power but run more risk of detonation.
