Would one flex-a-lite 120 electric fan (1250cfm) be enough to keep my engine cool? My turbo and down pipe have made it so that a second fan is pretty much impossible. Any suggestions?

i have the same issue with my turbo. i have not looked into fans too much, i know ericy was telling me one fan outa be fine(not 100% sure on exactly what he said, so dont quote me), on my set-up it would be one on the driver's side as the passenger side is where my downpipe and big part of turbo are located, i dont know exactly for your set-up.
i have toyed with the idea of ordering 2-3 mini fans you see over the radiators of crotch rockets, and simply mounting them and runing them off a switch.
hope that helps some

It'll definately be fine without the A/C on. But might run a little hot on a hot day with the A/C going.
You could always put the good fan on the drivers side, then throw a small "A/C fan" on the front side of the radiator just in case. But try it without one first.

Vehicle: N/A as in Not Applicable, not Naturally Aspirated
Flex-A-Lite is the name of the brand, I'm sure he meant FAL.
FMIC? How big? You can always place the passenger side fan on the front side of the radiator and have it push instead of pull air, just a matter of switching wires.
or go all out and design yourself a water-to-air cooler. I've always wanted to see somebody have the audacity to spend the time on that for their turbo hyundai.
