Premium or regular for 2.0Ts

How often does everyone fill up with premium gas, and how often with regular?

I did premium (93) for the first 3,000 miles or so then 87 after that. Saw no difference.

I got tuned for 93 (best thing EVER) so now I put only 93 in it.
