Ok here is my setup. In the valve cover I installed a brass straight through fitting, on the catch can I installed a breather filter. This will allow the system to breath properly at idle and under VAC but once you hit boost it will vent a little to atmosphere to you do not pressurize the crank case, also there will be no more oil entering the intake manifold.

Hope it helps, I will take a photo of my actual catch can tomorrow and post it up.

Here is the brass fitting im talking about.

Thanks 2kGT, I'm wondering why you have a filter on the catch can if it connect to the intake anyways? Is The connection on the intake just to recirculate the air from the valve cover back to intake?

the filter on the can acts as a two way breather, the small tube that connects it to the catch can will allow the turbo intake to breath like normal under VAC but once you start boosting it will also let addition pressure out to prevent pressurizing the cover.

you can get a check valve if you want but remember that metal parts exposed to moisture are prone to freezing in the winter and may remain open, also the check valve may very well leak since that is all our PCV valve is. You can purchase a Boost Friendly PCV valve from an EVO and install that too.

Look a nice small can, and functions approriatly, yet I have mine routed exactly like 2K2GT has with the exception i dont have it routed to the intake, as i see that serving zero purpose....

Pcv Valve delete Barb installed, and breather stock but routed to can.

The "catch can" is an air compressor filter stuffed with a copper scrubber , it goes from the valve cover to in front of the turbo. http://s846.photobucket.com/albums/a...urrent=008.jpg http://s846.photobucket.com/albums/a...urrent=010.jpg
