Well I never got around to changing the oil and filter last night. I got caught up with trying to figure out why there is oil in the charge piping and then it got to dark out to do the oil. I will try to do it tomorrow morning and update the post, though I really think it is the oil relief valve.
Btw...my buddy who has a twin turbo stealth said a bunch of people on his forum say that it is normal to have a little bit of oil in the charge piping. Anybody second that?

hey, i tried calling you on your cell last night when i got out of work, but no answer 02.gif
anyways, the oil inside the pipes could be from a lot of things: (but im not really positive it being a normal thing as your buddy mentioned)
- the seals on the turbo might be on the verge of failing?
- the oil pressure is too high for the seal on the turbo to handle?
- during the install, the pipe contacted with some oil and it wasn't clean when it was put on?
at least for mine, the past.. initially, i had my breather vent of the head connected to the intake pipe of the turbo and that did send some oil into the pipes

I hope the seals aren't failing considering I just got it, haha. Anyway, the breather vent I think is the issue under closer examination. There is more on the coupler holding the charge pipe to the intake elbow than anywhere else. I'll try getting a breather "filter" and check if that helps (after I get the car running again)
Yea I got a call from a restricted number last night while I was in karate class (my first one by the way smile.gif ) and I didn't have your number on me so I couldn't call back.
Anyway, I've got a hockey game in New Jersey tonight, so I will work on the car tomorrow morning before satuday nights game. If I reach any problems or conclusion to my problem, I'll give you a ring.
Thanks John

I had some oil in my hot piping due to hight oil pressure (i was using -4AN without any restrictor sad.gif ) and messed up PCV lines.
I am working and trying to fix them up now.
BTW, John is our beloved technician!! LOL laugh.gif

Nate:
When I first had bad oil pressure I clamped the line to the turbo off (at idle only) and it didn't solve anything. I will check thoroughly after I fix my oil pressure problem.
Any yes, John is definitely the guy to know.
Socks:
Its definitely a lifter. My exhaust never had a leak in it before the shop had the car.
I don't have a digital cam. at home so I can't take a picture, but it is all setup the "stock" way.

Yup i had some in mine so dont worry about it..
as for the oil light see if the oil pressure swich wire is grounding out somewhere. next stop running 20-50w
why i ran it in my daewoo tico that i just overhauled and it blew up out the bouth crank seals.. run it in the summer never in the winter. 0-40 mobil oil is good for the winter and 15-50 is for summer. i run that set up in all 3 of my cars...
you better check the oil pressure and see if you have any.. 20-50w is like tar in the winter if you dont belive me put some oil in a jar take it out side or put in in the freezer or fridge.. depends on how cold it is where your at and you will see what i am talking about.. is like honey now you tell me how your pump is going to pump that.. that is why your getting lifter noise.. call me up and we will talk if you need to know more.
BTW where can i get these restrictor you guys are talking about??? post a link

Mad John:
Yea, I'm definitly going to try changing the oil and filter.
But the thing is, hte oil pressure is bad even when the engine is at normal temp. Shouldn't the oil be thinned out by then?
