Question…is it normal to see no boost when you rev your car in neutral? I’ve seen other people rev their cars and their boost gauge shows some action. Mine doesn’t. It only show boost when driving.

Boost only really builds under load. If you have a small turbo you may be able to spool it a little in neutral, but its normal to get little to no boost in neutral.

There's no (or at least very little) resistance from the cylinders, so there's no reason you should be seeing boost. Only under load.
