Well decided to go with a new turbo for next year. I will still keep the holset as i might eventually go back to it or use it for high hp track days or somthing like that. Anyway i picked up a turbonetics T3/t04e Its a .57 trim .50 ar on compressor and a .63 ar stage 3 on the turbine. They say its capable of 40lb a min and 500hp. Dose that sound about right? Like i said im shooting for the 450ish range is this turbo my bowl of soup or do i need to find somthing bigger?

I thought around 400whp or just over was about that turbo's limit. Prolly wrong though.

^ I would say crank. A whp figure would need to take too many factors into account. A crank hp number sounds more impressive for advertising too.

I would say crank because in apps such as awd you loose alot from drivetrain so way to much variation.

usually you take hte lbs/min rating, multiply it by 10 and it gives you a good "guesstimate" on your max WHP
