Hello,
Been working on a new top mount turbo exhaust manifold, so thought I would share some pics and see what you think. This is mainly just a prototype, I'm going to build up some jigs for it so I can produce identical ones, though on the new ones I'm going to use a longer angle on the collectors, and the runners will have slightly different routs, but the flanges will be in the same spot. I'm also going to fit the setup with a 38mm external wastegate. I still have not decided if I should have it attached to the collector of the exhaust manifold, or if I should attach it to the wastegate port on the discharge flange. I know both ways work pretty good. It will fit in a tiburon engine bay no problem, I'm not sure about the elantra engine bay yet, you may need to run fans in front of the radiator. Manifold is made of 1/2" thick flanges, and all 304L stainless steel. And yes, the exhaust runners are all the same length laugh.gif
On to the pics:

Wow. Neat.

I don't think that would fit an RD engine bay though, maybe a GK engine bay.

It would fit if you convert to push fans.

Very nice but average price for top mount manifold is 600-800 and most people arent going to pay that. Will see what happens when all is said and done.
