all i needed was a simple answer not a smarta$$ comment JGTR, if u can read i said i had never seen the inside of the engine, so how would i know if it has an open deck or not...

it is true if you want to make true power you have to know the INSIDE and OUT of a motor know every piece and such it takes alot of knowledge to build a motor you cant just try to slap things together and hope it works

jon probably knows more about this motor than almost anyone on this site he has been building his up for like 4 years now

so im sorry if you requested being spoon fed info and it didnt end out how you wanted

Max overbore is 83mm, it's somehwere in webtech.

chill...lol i am...its just being ignorant, or blind in this case, that bothers me...and yea i do know a helluva lot about engines but not the specific specs of our stock beta II and since i cant get onto webtech, cuz its gay and will never send me my password, i cant get the info i need...therefore i need to ask a bunch of noob questions to see what i need to find...i dont have time to waste just tearing down the engine and look over everything to find all the different parts i will need, just wanted some spec help...just a lil ? cuz i didnt know if we had a lot of space between cylinders or if we have an open/closed deck

u dont need a password on webtech....do you?
shoot, its been a long time since i've been there.

anyhow, you can get 83mm n/a pistons (13.0:1) at kspec.com

You have to do the whole "lost my password" retrieval through webtech, only then will it send you your password.

I had that problem with webtech not sending my password too. After a while, I tried the Forgot Password option and used one of the usernames I used. Sure enough, it sent me my password!

Edit: Oops, Looks like a_gut beat me to it.

GK? hell no, why would you say that (we have basically the same engine anyway dont we? besides cvvt)...that heavy pos...lol..i have a rd2, autox and hillclimber...ill have to try the lost password thing with the webtech thanks guys.
