So spent some time with the car this past week,
- got the clutch pedal and master all hooked up
- shift cables in sept i need another nut for the bolt
Did a Rd2 dash swap (for some reason the rear defrost was making the fuse pop)
- looks good
About to start the wiring
- not worried at all
The Aem Fic seemed way harder
-but also easy
Got the shift base in there from my knowledge i thought it would bolt right up
- but it dont
- gotta make a bracket so the front most bolts can mount
- missing some sort of clip for B & m short throw shift linkage connection
(tib500 is bringing his tib for me to look at)
Tib_500 is coming down Friday so he will have my flywheel bolts and flywheel
- prolly going to go with a cheap clutch just to confirm functionality of the transmission
HATE HAVING SO MANY DASH PARTS ITS NUTS OVER HERE i have like 4 incomplete dashes and 3 complete.
Wishing i had a ac/dc tig to fix the mounting bracket on the ALUMINUM transmison!
-for now, im just going to use the janky bracket that was put on for the slave cylinder
