My dilemma
So i re-installed my turbo a few weeks ago, due to lack of interest in it.
Glad it didn't sell tho....
BECAUSE
there is a crack in the manifold right in the collector. Needless to say this has been long expected, due to the fact that its an obx manifold.
Has anyone used this manifold

I know most say not to deal with kspec but i really like the design of this manifold.
I really care how it looks under the hood so i dont want a log manifold, but then again i really dont want another obx.
If you have used this manifold, how well did the turbo clear the block, And or any other fitment issues.

I have that exact same manifold just w/o the external wastegate pipe. I absolutely LOVE this manifold. I've had it on my car for almost two years and it has survived through about 30 dyno runs, countless drag strip runs, and lots of time on the road race course. Crack? None, zip, zero, nada. The craftmanship is beyond reproach and I got it in 12 days from KSPEC.

why not just pull the stock cast manifold off a junk yard car? the kind with the detachable front cat. Find one with the four bolt or 3 bolt flange to match the turbo and go with that? WHile cast is heavier it is usually stronger then tubing. Plus it usually is strong enough to not require additional support. Or just weld the OBX back up and make a couple of brackets?

treadstone manifolds are also tanks and will last forever, also have a lifetime warranty against cracking. also it is a 1/3 of the price of the kspec manifold.
i have seen daves manifold in person and the build quality looked to be amazing.
