Default Max Boost?

I am currently working on building the fastest street legal tibby. How many pounds do you all think I can run on 100 octane(dont wana use c16 cuz im not going leaded and we have a 100 octane pump where I live) with water injection? keep in mind an integra can do a lil over 30psi with water injection and only 93 octane. What do you all think...is 37-40psi possible? (with all the right equipment inside the engine and major tuning with the water injection as well as a cry02 system to keep the intake charge down even more)...im shooting for a 10 flat quarter, possibly 9.7 with my tibby on the edge. also what is the fastest tibby right now?

Depends on the turbo you want to run, how large your intake track is, etc... PSI is not universal.

Fastest tib is kinda pointless if your going to start from a stopped position and burn ur tires to the rims before moving isnt it..?

Thats what using drag tires is for... you don't stand still and spin...

What compression ratio are you going to use, 6,8:1?

I'd say the fastest Tibby is probably the 1000 HP Tib over in Korea. Then again, that thing definitely ain't street legal.

Yeah thats true, if you boost your tibby to high level's you'll have to find a way to move it other than driving it..assumming it would be possible to drive it confused.gif

Why ask such a general question?

Dude, of course it's possible.
