Just got a Tial wastegate...question
Got me a 38mm tial wastegate for an early Christmas gift today. For those who have one, is there only supposed to be two bolts included even though there is two flanges and 4 bolts needed? Not a big deal, but I would like to have everything it is supposed to come with for what they cost.
Also, not that it matters at the moment since this won't be used for a couple months, but why are there two nipple things?

I also have a tial 38mm and yes it only comes with the two bolts that should fit the two threaded holes. the bottom nipple is where you set up your boost reference line for boost control. the top nipple is open to atmosphere, but i believe you can also use it somehow to add boost, probably for high pressure applications. mine came with a diagram showing how to set it up.
