bummer man...you sure? i have had a ton more prob. than that...i had to get 3 manifold done before i could relax a bit...if you have the wastegate open dump then yes it will be loud. remember an open dump tube results in open header effect as far as sound. i say sit on it a few months. if by then you still cant or just dont want to do it anymore then sell your stuff. Im having to revert EVERYTHING on the engine Ive done back to stock so I can pass smog out here in CA...im going to stay that way till i can get the engine fully built, got a full AEM stand alone and get better (brand new) turbo.

Also you using the Alpha or Beta tranny in that?
