Default Jsharptooth91 turbo beta2

Here are some pix for the turbo setup. It is installed and running. I have a mild tune. I still need a wideband. I am going to disconnect the waste gate until i get the wideband. Feels real good with with boost. Also i still need an IC. any one selling one for cheap?
Im running at 7 psi now. Car seems a little funnie from time to time. Might be the tune.
Anyways here ya goes.
I will put up some full engine bay pic later.

I have noticed from time to time that my wastegate is louder than my bov. The bov is still releasing the psi. Any one have any ideals. I though the bov should be louder.

What kind of BOV? Some are supposed to be quiet.

We can look at it in two days if you can still make it up.

It the ebay special. I think i have a boost leak some wheres. Yesterday i blew off the charge pipe. I most of the time i can hear it.

We will see if i can make it. I have a metal grinding now coming from the front left spindle. I have to look into this.

Just looked at it and when i blew off the pipe the other day, a coupler was resting on the turbo manifold. Needless to say i will not have any boost until i get some couplers or IC kit.

When i took off the turbo the other day, i noticed a little oil in the charge pipe. Does this mean my drain isnt big enough of my seals are shot?

had the same prob. with mine....turned out my feed was too big and drain was to small... -3AN for feed and -10AN hose for drain is the standard I believe...its an easy fix!

So I''m calling my turbo project dead. I plan on scrapping what parts i have. I just dont have enough time and money to try to figure this out. Wish is would of worked out. The added boost was awesome and make the car fast.
Anyways, all great things must come to an end.
i might pick it back up in the future if i dont sell the parts.
