Injectors, mega squirt.
ok ive done some research and im looking to get the mega squirt, it says its plug n play, so this looks like the easiest way out of th eecu problem, for injectors, its either ford green tops or srt 4 550s. and the turbo socks fuel rail? thats a stock modified right?

Ford Racing green top 440's and yes turbosocks kit is bolt on, and you can raise the fuel pressure if you find you self needing more fuel. That is the way to go, green 440's are Plug and play, and yes his kit, is just a revamped stock kit, with a RRFPR and some lines you shall need...

ditto to what he said ^^^
I would personally go with the AEM FIC; there is more support around here, there are base calibrations and maps to start with as well as a complete diagram on how to wire it up.
FIC = 400$ MS = 715$
even if you aren't wanting to wire it up, it would still cost far less to have the FIC professionally installed.
do you have to worry about inspections where you live?

well, depending on how the inspections are and what they look for, you will not pass with the megasquirt.
With the FIC and the right cat setup, you can be turbocharged and still pass at least some inspections (not throwing any codes, being able to connect to OBD-II, etc.
radus car passed inspections when he was turbocharged with my first kit.
with megasquirt, you have no more OBD-II compliance, so if they need to hook up to OBD port for CELs/emissions, you will fail.
with the FIC you will be able to pass from a sniffer or OBD-II

MAF is fine
wideband is all but essential, especially if you plan on doing any tuning yourself
AEM FIC in my opinion is one of the best bangs for the buck out there right now.
