How many use titanium intake valves?

I was wondering how many use titanium intake valves? Is it ok with boosted motors or not. Pro's and con's of doing this? I don't know what else to ask. Problems, concerns, and so on?

The main con is the only con: cost. Stock valves are $10 each on eBay. Unless you are doing something VERY special, stock valves are all you will need.
