Hey,
I have been told that the right plugs for my Turbo'd Tib are NGK BCPR7ES and apparently the gap should be .45 - .5mm so the spark does not get blown away by the boost.

The plugs that are in the car are NGK BCPR6ET ( Multi Terminal - so you can't set the gap)

I need help with this decision.......? cool.gif

I'm running one step colder (fyi, if you can't find the list of steps of coldness for the Tib, then get plugs for a mid 90's Subaru Legacy (any motor), they are one step colder).

I'm running a .035 gap. .040 is closer to the stock number.

NGK BCPR7ES

Yes that is the correct part # as I have about 3-4 boxes with 10 each sitting here, I change my plugs after every run so I go through a lot of plugs. cool.gif

Java you can run either one the only difference between the 2 part numbers is one has a slightly taller porcelain body.

And for the gaps it will vary between car to car, you will just have to adjust it until you don't blow the spark out.

Autozone didn't carry the NGKs so I ended up with some copper Denzos, seems like a decent plug so far.
