Help Finding Turbo For Best Price

Looking for a Garrett GT35R. I think Im going with 82AR. Need it with T3 3" V-band exhaust housing and would like the 4' ported intake. I think the cheapest I found was about 1350 and I cant even find it anymore now. Any links would be cool or even better ideas. Thanks
