Default Head Gasket for Turbo RD1

Anybody knows where I can buy a Head Gasket for a boosted RD1 Tib? I saw one from Sharkracing.com but seems like they are over price in that site.

I'm looking for a Head Gasket that will lower compression Ratio I just found one on Ebay this will lower Compression Ratio to 8.5:1 without changing pistons. I also found more internal parts from the seller like 7.7:1 Turbo Piston Set, includes 4 low compression piston, 4 Rods, ring set for less than $300 shipped!!! this is awesome

You are really uninformed. Kspec, hf dealing with them.

2nd, the pistons/rods are not "low compression" per-say. Those are OEM parts.

7.7:1 Ratio is Not Low Compression? Oem or not if its better than the stock high compression piston on my car, that's good enought for me

Description says:

KSPEC 7.7:1 Turbo Piston Set for Beta 2.0L Engine

What's included:

4 X Pistons

4 X Piston Rings

4 X Connecting Rods

Piston Ring Set

Spec:

Popular setup in turbo upgrades in Korea.

Lowers the compression down to 7.7 ~ 7.8 : 1 to allow higher boost.

This setup can support over 400hp internally.

Recommandation power range is 300hp.

They are stock 1.8L pistons and rods. Have fun driving around with 7.7:1 when your off/boost low boost.

agreed^ off boost you will accelerate about as fast as a golf cart

You have no need to be looking into any of this stuff, people have successfully run 300+hp on a all stock internals. And that's more than I'd trust you with

How bout the low compression head gasket, do you guys recommend it? Ever since I got my Tibby Turbocharged I'm afraid to step on the gas thinking it might blow up my engine and I'm only running 9 Psi.

TibbyTurbo, you haven't proven yourself to be the most knowledgable about how an engine works so do you really think lowering your compression will help you if you don't even really know the basics of tuning?
