Question, my motor is getting rebuilt again (under warrenty with shop thank god) with new weisco pistons which are overbore to 82.5mm. Now, can I still use the stock head gasket for this, is there any slack to allow an addition 0.5mm with the cylinder wall, or do I have to buy a custom head gasket?

If anyone can let me know, i would REALLY appreciate it.

in fact 83mm is the largest you should go at all

any larger and you run the risk of bustin the block

83.5 is the largest, but wiseco doesn't stock that size. You'd have to custom order it from them.
