haltech inspection
i live in new york and they passed a law that they hook up a scanner to the ob2 now and it goes to the dmv is there any way to have the ob2 hooked to the haltech some how or a way i could pass inspection

I think you'll have to be very careful with it. Technically there it is no longer OBD-II so you just have to make sure that your VIN reflects that. It may affect insurance rates/companies, but I'm not sure.
Some guys have gone with E-manage becuase it is a better piggyback than most. I'm not too knowledgable about it right now but I agree with REDZMAN Haltech + emmisions/inspection = No workie.

I originally planned to go with the Haltech. Hell, I have one in my room gathering dust.
After finding out about the emissions laws, I was forced to switch over to the emanage.
Granted you get the pressure sensor, ps harness, you'll be able to tune your car a good bit with it.
