when i say this its purely not in a muscle beach in a speedo kinda way...

Nice pipes, lol

Oh and that boost gauge mounting is gaudy to me

That manifold would love you if you ceramic coated it. and it would match your set up 10x more. looks good though

They push 800cfm, so they should be fine. Also, do I need to recirculate the BOV into the MAF piping before the turbo, or will the brake booster line like jay_m05 suggest be ok?

yamaha,

i did get/read your pm...

i have suggested have the bov take it's vacuum/boost signal t'eed from the brake booster line at the back of the IM and that's it don't t'ee and other components out of that. It is very important that the bov have it's own vacuum/boost signal and as short as possible because it will affect it's "sensitivity" or reaction time to open up.... compressor surge anyone??? ....

now, with a maf based car, having the MAFS before the turbo, the vented air from the bov has to be routed back to it from behind it.

I got confused with what your saying. The BOV hosing is correct where it is? I've been reading and from the looks of it, from where I have it now, the ECU will attempt to dump more fuel and, creating a bog in the engine for a few seconds.

i'll give you an example/illustration to make it easy...

this is a typical dsm bov:

this is how it shoould be routed:

This set up should be the same to any recirculating bov

EDIT:

Yamaha, i have to get going to work now... i'll try to call you when i get a chance

Looks good ya

Now you need to come to the bbq so we can have the battle of the boosted j2s hehe

Btw those fans will work fine since you don't have a condensor in the way of the airflow

Ehh, 800CFM isn't very much mang. The stockers are like 1200 each. The FAL's are 2500 per fan.
