alright, i know what you are guys talkin about. they hone when they do exhaust systems, to make one pipe go into another one. I just wansnt familiar with this term smile.gif

Just giving you a hard time Redz, most people only need to know what you told them, just so they can tell their machinist to hone the block. It's not something I would suggest doing yourself, unless you were doing it on your lawnmower. It takes practice to do it correctly. If you have a good relationship with a machinist at a shop, ask if you can be there while they do it, maybe even have them give you a little walkthrough on it. Then, when you upgrade to forged pistons, you might try it then. I would just pay the 50-100 bucks someone would charge to do it.

Word, again, I agree Drafter, it's a PITA to do yourself if you have no clue.

Pay to get it done right. Then, if it's not, sue em.
