To be brutally honest, it looks like you're broke and trying to get the cheapest parts possible to make this work. Now, if you sounded like an experienced tuner, then I would say go for it cause you could make that setup work ok with some good engineering support, although it still wouldn't be great. But, since you sound new to turbo systems, I would highly suggest you save up some more money and buy quality parts so you don't have to chase down problems in the future.

O and Lazyshot Again AFC NEO stand for " AIR FUEL CONTROLLER"! It doesnt stand for 'Air Flow Converter'??? WTF does that mean anyway???

Yes, it is called a Super AirFlow Converter. It means it alters the signal of the MAP/MAF reading. The term AirFlow coming from Mass AirFlow(MAF). It converts/alters the voltage to trick the ECU into supplying more/less fuel at WOT.

The ECU learns around the SAFC iirc. You have to keep resetting the ECU. Plus you can only tune at WOT.

Okay, yes I know, 16G not 16B

Ok I thought that was the case with the Neo, Im Very new to the Turbo world. But I do now what Im doing when it comes to the basic's. Also Im not going with that 16g nor the 14b, I got in contact with a guy on here that sells Manifold's an Turbos with the t3 flange. So im going with what he says, he knows his stuff. Makes me happy to see someone want to help me out, being I am new to the Turbo world. Thanks Guys for your responses. I think Im going to go with the Brand New Turbo an Manifold from the website I found from a friend on here.
Also Im going with the AEM F/IC , its only 400buckls, not a bad price at all, Im not going high boost, just 10psi if I get everything I need, if not, then just 5 psi til I get the right parts. Im super excited, it seems Im going to take awhile to do this, But Ill get the right stuff, so it will work out for me in the end

Thanks Guys very much for the help. Im very excited to get this going, I have about 900 bucks saved right now, i was ganna buy a Tibb from a kidd in New York, but idk yt, think i may just turbo my car instead, tough decition i must say. later guys

It is not USELESS, Just to us are ECU run off ROM (read only memory) there for we cant tune our ecu's and there are only certain piggybacks we can run, The AFC's wont work for us, firstly cause they dont control timing, Plus i dont think anyone really has one working and has gotten anything out of it, besides a blue screen and some useless functions lol.... The AFC's just tap to to the ecu pin outs, and alters Air metering to control fuel, the AEM Fic you can control the injectors and pulse width and all that good stuff....

If you want to use any Fuel tuner, I can garuntee atleast 8 ppl out of 10 would tell you go AEM FIC, just take your time installing it, cause it is a b*tch!

Go MS. I can vouch for it all the way . I used to trick the ecu with a unichip and safc and it doesnt compare to the ms and it really isnt to hard to learn plus you have guys like myself with maps already done and good for 300hp @20 psi on stock internals still so the tune is safe . Either way you go will work but Ms is the cheapest and I promise you will end up getting a full stand alone anyhow. See KFXPerformance for a megasquirt plug and play, worth the money I promise.
