ok, if it does not fit my car of course, wouldn't i have to have a exhaust manifold custom made?

or what inexperience turbo to you guys suggest?

doode you cant even get a custom manifold made for that turbo

the manifold is PART OF THE TURBO

fatihofdragon you are running na or turbo, cause how some with a srt4 buy an upgrade turbo. it bolts off!!! i have not brought it yet anyway. the bolts are on the backside of turbo

yes it may bolt off but the manifold is part of the housing as shown in that picture

and i am NA for the current time being but im workin on my boost project as we speak

mwood, Ive understood about 1/4 of what you have said, out of all your posts combined.

How do they upgrade? They have to buy the whole f***ing manifold/turbo setup from what I can tell from this..

ok i understand, mk3design, so what do you suggest to start off with, going to buy the short ram intake off of sharkracing.com, but turbo what do you suggest? or should i build up the engine first

few things first

1. you cant use a short ram intake with a turbo

2. short ram intakes wont net you a good enough hp increase

3. sharkracing.com sucks youll be lucky if you get anything within 4 or 5 months

i know short ram does not work with turbo, i was goin to do that until i get everything that i need for my turbo setup. and i never had problems with them before.

so what would be a good baseline to start with?

get yourself a AEM intake and a unorthodox crank pulley

they will net you about a 20whp increase for about 200bux give or take(if new about 300+)

a turbo is gonna cost you a minimum of a grand MINIMUM dweet tried to do it and almost had it down but gave up

most reliable setups will cost you some buckage even if you get a free turbo

kind of scare going AEM CAI, cause of the fact of hydro locking. is the byprass vavle worth it
