Well, after some time now I have run into first problems with the setup. Basically, I am getting white-blueish smoke. Smoke is not present at all times usually when I am stuck in a traffic jam and only gear used is the first and neutral. I get it almost always when reversing and if I put it in neutral and raise the RPM's to 2000. It starts smoking right away and when I take of my foot of the gas it continues to smoke for another 30 seconds.

Turbo oil line has been reducted (I hope this is the correct term) and my shop ensures me that the cilinders have been bored properly (82,5 mm low com pistons have been put in). At the moment I am using Valvoline VR1 10W-60 racing oil. Should change to something else or does the problem reside elsewhere? Any suggestions

Well... Correct me if I'm weong guys, but generally blue means you are burning oil. A lot of white is coolant.

Yes that is correct. Smoke is more blue than white hence the title "White-blueish" :-D . I am almost sure I am burning oil but can not find any obvious reason for it. Oil line to turbo has been reducted to prevent to high oil pressure to the turbo. I am sure there will be some good sugestions on what to check ;-)

Valves seals have been changed last winter (november to be exact) when the whole engine has been redone (polished). But will check that again. Good point.

turbo gasket broken. get your turbo rebuilt.
it it's not the turbo problem, check your return line.
Also, 10W 60 is too much overkill unless you are boosting all the time like race cars.

Hmm not sure if the turbo needs to be rebuilded since it is new one with less than 1000 miles on it (and maybe 15% in boost). Will check the turbo gasket and return line.

also check your downpipe...you may have oil in that also...that is probably why you are seeing the blueish white smoke...if you are then you are going to have to get your turbo rebuilt like Nate704 said...cause your seals are probably are gone

But wouldn't smoke be present then at all times? As I am not getting smoke all of the time. For example I had no smoking problem today. and when it happens it is just when I am either starting to move in the first gear or sometimes idling or moving in reverse.

^^ So basicaly when your turbo is moving slowly? It could be that it's dripping oil all the time, slowly at the same rate, but it burns off quickly when you give it some gas, or when moving it's not enough smoke to be noticable.
