Last I checked, Extrude Hone costs the same as an airam. You're not gonna get any kind of gains just dremeling the TB opening.
Who said anything about extrude hone? I believe that P&P IM that was tested belonged to the member on HP that did all the work himself, and I'm offering P&P of IM's for our member for a very decent price, less than half of what AIRRAM costs.

then you should send him one of your P&P intake manifolds and pay for shipping back to you to see just how good you are at it. wink1.gif
30 bucks for round trip shipping could net you a lot more later on.

Maybe I will once I get my IM from Tanc and get it done.
I was actually thinking of giving a nice discount to someone would test dyno before and after my IM, but this seems to be cheaper smile.gif

actually OP the guy's Im was ported elsewhere...he did not do the work himself he sent it off to get it P&P.
I think he said it was like 350$, don't quote me on that...that may have been for the head. Even so, regular basic P&P for an IM is 200 bucks.
and yes, OP...please send a finished P&P IM to us for flow testing. See if you can beat 172cfm. If ya want you and the buyer could agree and you ship it to us, then we ship it to the buyer direct, saves TWO shipping trips...
down the road I mean.

How exactly did you get into the runners to port them out evenly if you didn't use Extrude Hone's method?

He port matched the exits, but he didn't mention getting up into the runners or deburring where the runners meet the plenum. There's no way to get up in there with a simple diegrinder.
